I need a few of you DP SEO Experts to take a look at my site and see if I need any additional improvement or mistakes that I'm making regarding SEO. (I'm a total Noob) Are my keywords poor choices? Do I need a better description? I can't seem to hit any keywords that would show up on Search Engines.:( I have 14325 inbound links pointing to my domain and 89,800 page indexed plus I have Mod-Rewrites to change dynamic url's into static ones, for better SEO. Any more tips? Suggestions? I need all the help I can get!

    My website:

Your site right now is targeting the keyword "muscular training development", and you've got #1 on Google for that term out of about a thousand pages. So in terms of SEO on that keyword you've done good.

The bad news is that "muscular training development" is a low volume keyword.

The first step would be to brainstorm other keywords that are relevant, and then to use a keyword tool (e.g. http://www.keyworddiscovery.com/search.html ) to see which have some search volume.

Once you find a suitable keyword, work it into your homepage in the usual spots and see what happens.

Edit: I am far from an expert on SEO, but the above is my take on what needs to happen.

That's awesome! I gave you Green reps for your input. Thank you for your time. I want to dominate the keyword, in "Muscular" I'm number #1 on Google for the keyword, "Muscular Training" and i'm on page 7 on the word, "Muscular Development." Anybody have more suggestions?

You didnot mention your visitor statistics, how many unique perday and where they come from. I saw you are using analytics, so what is the analytics say? Where your visitors mostly come from?

Well, I'm looking at analytics and i'm only getting 22 percent referrals from Google (which sucks). For uniques visitors I average around 600-760 visitors per a day.

"muscular" has decent search volume, but it's way too broad a keyword to be useful, in my opinion. You want to make sure that someone clicking the link is interested in what your site is about.

You say you get over 100 unique hits from Google a day. Look at the keywords they're using to find you, and use the keyword tool to research them. Maybe that'll suggest some suitably high targeted keywords.
