    Hey guys and girls,

I really don't know what to buy, if i don't find some help ill probably just end up buying it from dell.co.uk which probably overcharge.

I am looking to buy a laptop in the £400-600 including VAT ($615-920) range. Ill mainly be using it to just do work or playing games and maybe some video editing.

Any help is much appreciated and also i live in the UK (England, London).

    Thanks

If you want to purchase a laptop for game purpose that is not best. For gaming Desktop will be more suitable.

I like Alienware very much because I can play game on it but it's way too heavy for me.

BTW, what kind of game are you talking about here?

Stick to Intel processors, an i5 will probably be your best bet. Get 2gb RAM minimum, preferably 3 or 4 . If you're just doing casual gaming, you should be fine, but serious gaming probably requires a desktop.

I use an Asus G71 Gaming Laptop, its not the newest one out, mine has a GTX 260M graphics card, the new ones with ATI cards are way better for gaming, still i can play most of the games in High settings, im currently playing Fallout New Vegas in high :D

    I think i payed around 1100$ for it :).

It's depend upon your use. If you want to use that for house purpose in that case you can buy a desktop that will be more suitable and beneficial for your. If you want to office use in that case you can purchase Sony laptops because their is a quality products.

First of fall, please look at your main requirement
you wanted in your laptop like hard disk,RAM,
    processor,display etc,as you require a gaming
laptop just insert a high GB(2GB) graphic card in
    your laptop.
