    get the ubuntu CD ! boot with it ! backup all your files ! format ! & reinstall ..........

    if your computer does not open with safe mode it means your operating system's file is missing. you can do 2 things. one is repair your windows or you can reinstall your windows. but before you reinstall, make sure you have all your device drivers.
