    It is easy to begin.
But if you use adwords to promote, please be careful, get proper way, you earn more; get wrong track, you lose you own money.

of course, you will be rich if you have your own and excellent product.

here, you can know more about clickbank: commission365.com/blog

    holp it helps.

    Hey E-Money,

    Some good tips to start:

-Pick products with a good sales page, something you think you'd buy if you were the customer that needs it.
-Pick products that have a solid gravity score, somewhere between 25 and 200 or so.
-Use a landing page to review or pre-sell the product so you can add value and gather opt-in mailing list info.
-Drive targetted (not random or mass) traffic to your landing page for best sales results.

CB Can be hard to begin with if you don't choose a good product or if you go about selling it in the wrong way. Generally though, if you do these things right, you should see your first sale in a few days-week or so.

As far as having your own product, it's not a bad idea, but if you are new to affiliate marketing, I would highly recommend not making your own product until you are very very comfortable and familiar with how affiliates make sales, because a lot of a merchant's job is to help their affiliates get running and making sales.

Look at Gravity, as well as hot industries on the net in general.

Travis at bummarketingmethod.com has a free course to show you how to market CB products through articles (so it's free).

After you receive the course, he will try to get you to sign up for a membership, but he isn't pushy or anything like that.

All in all, the bum marketing method is a very good way to become an affiliate without risking any money.

I don't use adwords...because I can't afford it. I rely entirely on free advertising to make money.

I have a website on a specific targeted niche, where I have clickbank products listed. But just listing products on a site isn't enough to get people to buy from you. I also have a blog and articles for people to read, while the products from programs I'm affiliated with are more of an added bonus.

Well, I might have gone about it backwards, then, because I developed a product and listed it at Clickbank.

Right now I'm promoting it myself to get the sales numbers up there, but even so I'm gaining affiliates every day (have only had the ebook out 3 days).

I don't have any experience as an affiliate to offer you, never having done that aspect. Just from browsing and buying/trying a few things, though I would check out the quality of anything you think about promoting. I think it would even be worth buying one copy to see it for yourself.

I've always had the policy though of sending a free copy to any affiliate of mine; I'm quite happy to let them see it for themself. I thing they can either give a much better summary or design better ads if they know exactly what they're dealing in.

It depends on what we target and how we promote that.

Its generally better to have your own product

The way clickbank works is that your create a product, give away 50% commission, and then let people advertise your product for free. A great deal for a merchant. Many of the affiliate never get paid anything, because they havent bothered to protect their affiliate links properly. This means anyone can get round their links. The result is that the merchants get loads and loads of sales, without many of the affiliate being paid anything

So its a good deal if you have your own product to promote

However Clickbank is good if you pick your products carefully. eBook type stuff doesnt sell very well now-a-days. There is so much similar stuff out there where you can sell resell rights for free and keep all the money. This is where the eBook market has gone

However products on the Clickbank system which are nothing to do with eBooks can work very well. There are also lots of themes that do well, once you get away from the home business/ work from home/ make money online niche

I have been with Clickbank for six months and have earned some money. The problem I see is in getting paid. I have waaited on checks since 12/01/2006. Customer service is non existant as well. The technical support is good and very helpful, but if I cant get my money, I can't eat.

Have five different people purchased from you? You have to have 5 different people purchase to get your money.

Also, check the payment threshold in you account settings. Perhaps it's set higher than your earnings (you can set it all the way up to $10000).

I think you'll find a lot of the tips here on this board ;) Ultimately, the best advice is be cautious with how you spend money. You can easily spend more than you make without even thinking about it.

If you have a specific question, feel free to ask!
