Just a quick reply, isn't smart pricing automated across the board? Smart pricing as I know it was one of the attempts by Google to stop click fraud which fluctuates what they pay out to adsense publishers based on relevance, site size, page rank, etc. From the math of the original thread creator, he is only getting about 3 cents a click, and that seems a little low to me. Mine is upwards of 18 cents a click on my main site. My advice to KOF is to try other Ad programs, but not at the same time. If memory serves it's a violation of G policy. If you don't want to upset the big G then try the referral ads that Google offers it adsense publishers, find a program that compliments your site by using the keyword search tool selector, and add it. It a bottom line payout for each sale in most cases. You may also want to integrate the adsense search tool into your site because I have noticed it's a great way to index your site and the payout seems to be a little higher than the general PPC.
I believe Google permits the use of other advertisers on the same page as Adsense ads are located. I'd double check with the Adsense guidelines though.
