Need help - Affiliate Tracking Script

    Hi,

    I have a website where the visitors need sign up and insert name, email and phone in the form.
    I use iDevAffiliate program but i need someone can help me with this script.. because when i receive the emails i need know what is the affiliates that send me the sign ups.
