Need Help - Advice on newsletter subscription solution

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a pre-existing or easily modified solution for my problem below. I am hoping someone will know of something already to save me custom coding it:

Basically I want to create a list of subscribers for my newsletter. However I want users (that I set up manually) to add the subscribers and for them to remain in a seperate list (each user has only one list) - Preferably I would prefer each user to be add/edit/view thier own list as well.

My thoughts are using a membership plugin with wordpress. Give each user a login and have a sign-up form on thier own page or something along those lines. Its a messy solution hopefully someone here will have a better idea.
