Hello, I have launched an in-house affiliates program for my website a few days ago, and since I am new to affiliates, I do not know the proper way to advertise it or how to get the word out. I am offering a generous 50% commission on first sale with 15 days cookies. 50% commission is pretty average. Check out clickbank, perhaps your program will fit there. You haven't described your product or service so I have no idea.
