Hello, I am resident of india and new to "Adsense Concept". I am currently working but don't have much earning (300 $ Per Month) recently i came accross about that thru Adsense we can make money online. I have heard and read many articles about Adsense on net, but still am not clear about "how adsense work". One of my friend created a website in googlepages and he earned almost 20$ in to 7 days but due to invalid clicks he got banned. Can anyone answer to my questions mentioned below. 1) As said i do not have much earning and cannot afford to buy domain. Can i create my website in http://pages.google.com 2) How can i get more traffic to my small website 3) I am also not familiar with Web designing and HTML and other programming language. With adequate knowledge of coding will i able to generate revenue thru adsens. 4) I also heard about Niche and SEO and High Paying Keywords. How these are relate to Adsense and how can we generate money thru this. 5) I have seen and Joel Comm is offering online books wirtten by him and Adsense viedo. It is worth buying . Am just giving a thought becoz the cost is 97$, which i cannot afford and really don't know if it is worth buying I would be thankful if anyone can help me in generating adsense revenue and share some useful tips. looks like you need to do more research before you get into it.. if you dont have much money to start you can start with a free blog.. start with a niche topic as its easier to get ranked in search engines.. make at least on update a day (takes 10 mins) for about 2 months.. get some incoming links.. submit articles etc.. and you will start to see your earnings go up. just dont click on your own ads as you will get banned like your friend
Hi and welcome. wow where to begin. first off. dont buy any books, ebooks, videos and so on about adsense. all the information you would ever need is right here before you. not only that, you will find some awesome people here to help you out. first off. forget web design and html all together. think to yourself...what do i have alot of knowledge about, or what would i enjoy writing about. once you decide that you have found your "niche". Your niche might not be a pin pointed target, but it might be a general area and thats fine. next, find some cheap hosting and buy a domain, i know you said your on a budget,...but this is key. one hint tho, try and look for a a hosting package that might include a domain name free, and not only that, has a 1 time yearly fee. some hosting packages cost as low as 25.00 a year. you can get a wordpress blog which is free. but its much better if you can host it on your own server. i.e. (a hosting plan) now. download a trial of dreamweaver and read up on basic html. once you are comfordable with that start getting your adsense in there. SEO is search engine optimization and can be talked about for days and days..so i would focus on this later on. google is your friend when finding how to code or basicly do anything. -------------- Like i said, these boards are great. more resources than you would ever need right infront of your face. one other point of advise. dont EVER click your own ad. its so not worth the penalties. -------------- dont just stick to the adsense area of digitalpoint. go to the marketing section, the seo section and so on. good luck. and if you have any questions you can email me -Tim

Well just want to know "What is Nichie" is it a topic ?, If am not wrong If a select my nichie (eg. Home Mortage), do i need to create blog (blogger.com) or website on Home Mortage.? your welcome, Yea all a niche is, is a focused area of topic or discussion. for example. "mountain biking" or mountain biking in europe" or "gourmet shopping resources" and so on. just an area to focus your website. and you are correct, "home mortgage" would be a niche. ------ as for what does a blog relate to adsense. a blog is an extremely quick and easy way to publish a "limited" website with out needing to know any html or coding. if you get a free one, (wordpress.org/blogger.com) you can post your information then add your adsense into the posts. just be careful though..im not sure if the ones that are hosted on blogger.com itself can have adsense added to them..you might need to host it on your hosting to be able to add in html code..not 100% positive on that..i host my own wordpress blog, then just plug in the adsense. good luck. -tim
