Need help.account has been deactivated,without any reason.

    Does anyone know CJ email&phone ? I have my account deactivated($300 in it) without any reason/email. I don't know how to contact them.

    my account is receiving sales these days, they deactivated it , it hurts me. Need their contact detail cuz i can't login and submit ticket in my account.

    you can try sending an email to client_support at cj dot com. I did get a response here last year. It is no longer displayed on the website though, so I am not sure if it still works.
