if I wanna sell domain, what should I familiar with ?

what is BIN and thread url ?

you should have an account at, and know how to initiate/accept a push at most major registrars.

godaddy, moniker, namecheap, enom at least.

"push" means to move a domain from one account e.g. yours, to another e.g the buyers.

each registrar has a help/faq section which should explain how to do a push.

 

Just to clarify what NameCodex is saying. A push is done within the same registrar from the sellers account to the buyers. A domain that is pushed is usually in the receiving account instantly.
When the buyer wants to have the domain put into his account at another registrar this is called a Transfer. Transfers are basically done in similar ways by all registrar's with a request to transfer made by either party giving details of the account that the domain is to be transferred too. You will get an email notification of the transfer and an authorization code. The authorization code has to be given to the buyer so they can initiate the transfer. If the domain is locked you have to unlock it to allow the transfer to proceed. Transfers can take up to 14days to be finalized.

 

How about if I register my domain name in local provider. is it allow to transfer my domain name ?

I would need to know who the local provider is. Are you asking about names you want to transfer to the local provider or away from them?

is it godaddy.com is the best ?
coz my country can't use paypal, we only use e-gold, webmoney.

You need to find out which registrar's accept e-gold and webmoney before I can help you. As I don't use either of these methods of payment I do not know/have not needed to know of any registrar that accepts these payment methods.
