this is sent to me by my hosting company.

    CPU / Memory workload Statistic

    04/02/2012 11.09 0.66
    04/03/2012 10.11 0.66

The usage is still high for a shared environment. We are waiting for a response from you regarding the modifications that your database developer have made in your account so that we can verify the usage of your account.

    ---------------------------

how i can modify my database coz they said if modifications to database are done then load can be lowered.

i did many things to satisfy the hosting(chanigng to .htaccess, robots.txt, all scripts are to latest versions,) but now they said something which i dont know.

please can any one help here.

Well to be honest if your unhappy with your services you can just move elsewhere, or it may be that your using so much resources that it's best to upgrade to a VPS or something, it's down to several factors

the best you can do is to switch to another hosting , then you can see if there is a problem with your DB, or with the server it self (what is more likely).

Wow those "CPU / Memory workload Statistic " are completely useless. Your host should have atleast sent you some top output so that you can find out which processes exactly are causing the issue.

getting rid of unneccsary tables that are in a DB, this can be risky as if you dont know what yoru doin and go deleting any old table then it could lead to the DB becoming corrupted and then your screwed.

They are a good host which is looking for answers, you have told them that you have made the DB changes, so they are wondering where and what the changes are.

    Just like any other host?

Also - the host is asking you to correct an issue with your code, even if you do move hosts your still going to have the same issue. So find the php file which has the largest load time, then look at the code and also check out the error_log if you are getting logs at all.

I also think that your host should send you top output to get more details

Unfortunately the usage is still high for our shared server. Please note that you are hosted on a shared server and you need to share resources with other customers.

We will still wait a response from you regarding the last modification that you have made and we will be able to help you further.

Please note that you have a large number of Total Connections for the database and also a high CPU Memory usage.

We will continue to monitor your account usage for the next 24 hours and we will provide you new stats when available.
