    You don't want to do that.
    A few extra signature links aren't worth losing all your DP accounts over.

    Leaving the effects you will face doing so I would like to ask you can you justify if you create multiple accounts on a single forum? I know you couldn't and it will be waste of time and work spending on single forum to get business to your website instead participate on other good forums which can help in increasing you business exposure. Hope you will never ask such pathetic questions.

    you can't having more than one account for one IP.
    But if you use public internet / internet cafe, you can contact admin to get permission.

    There are so many high PR forum where you can leave anchor text on... even you can find some high PR forum page on high pr domain forum... not worth pushing too hard here
