    Comment Luv is a Wordpress Plugin, Its used to show your love towards your commentators. If you are using comment love then when a person comments on any post his latest blog post will be included in the comment. Thus giving them back links. It will encourgae users to comment on your site and therefore you will get some activity and then some more traffic and page views

    Its a plugin for wordpress just visit wordpress.org and search for the plugin, download it and upload it to the plugins folder of your wordpress installation and activate it from the dashboard. This is be enough to make that plugin active in your comment section
