need help about adultfriendfinder.com !

    i have sinup with adultfriendfinder.com affalite programe and i have got this msg 
    Please fill out your tax info in order to receive payments. Fill out W-9 if you are a US business, or W-8 if you are a non-US business.

    and really i dont know whts it mean and which one i should choose .

    You're probably not running the campaign under a registered company so go with the W8-BEN form.

    yesterday they put me in pending state for payout and they still pending till now .....please tell me how long this state will take till they send me the money .
