    I need a header for a website about Barack Obama. Here are the details:

    - size: 860x120 or 860x140
    - must contain photo of Barack Obama
    - preferably in red, blue, white colour combination (USA flag colours)
    - I will provide text I want to have on the header
    - I need PSD files delivered
    - deadline: 28. April 2008 (tomorrow)

    Price: up to $20
    Payment: after delivery via Paypal
