Need Header, Favicon, and Ebbok Cover

    Hello,

    I need header, favicon, and ebook cover for a "diabetes" website.

    Website talks more about "diet" and how diet effects diabetes, so all designs must include food and diet.

    The ebook is also about diet and diabetes and what to eat for diabetics.

    Please provide me with your portfolio and the time you need to create all graphics.
