    i know asp.net , php , Perl i am thinking about work as freelancer currently i got

    10000 USD PA

    can resign i got work as freelancer ??

    Just based on your attitude, I wouldn't suggest resigning from your day job. I think you still need to learn a lot before quitting your day job.
