need guidance on where to post this google search result related question

Hi all,
i am new to this forum and would like to know where to post Google search result related questions. There is a section called "Google", but search results related question cant be posted there. For your info, this is what i am looking for - search results vary between the location of the search. It also varies between country specific domains such as google.co.za How does one go about seo in such scenario? Please suggest an appropriate forum to post this question.
