1>> Do I need to upgrade hosting or am doing fine!

2>> Whats best way to take backups ( files and sql database)? My sites are all wordpress? Whats safe place to store backups and how often.

    Thanks

There are so many ways to back up information that it all really depends on your motivation. I personally use multiple ways by setting up my virtual and dedicated servers to run weekly and sometimes daily automatic backups. You can also login to your cpanel and run a manual backup. If you use dreamweaver or another ftp program, make sure that you work locally on your files. This way allows a fresh copy of your files on your computer and your server. Keep in mind though that ftp programs do not usually backup databases. This is still usually done from your Cpanel or whatever kind of panel your hosting provides.

you have option in cpanel to download home directory backup, which will help, so just take a backup in your pc, and taking backup is very important
