There are tons of lists,... question is do you want free/paid or niche?

And there is no good quality guaranteed approval directories that im aware of... (each editor is different)

Today is your lucky day, if you look at this list http://www.vmoptions.com/directory-list.php and see all the ones that begin in Link.... and end in .info, they will most likely approve everything, and theres loads of them so it will keep you hella busy.

did you used one way text link site? ok if you can provide reciprocal link from your website then most directories will approve your site.you can find a list if you can google it or you can use the list that are advised by some of the DP members above.

 

I've found that most auto approval/guaranteed directories fill up with very spammy websites. I prefer directories that will manual review the submitted links.
