maybe you can consult one of the many companies that specialise in adwords advertising?

How is your Adwords account set-up? If you have one large campaign and bidding on all the related keywords then you will undoubtedly be hit with a low quality score.

In this particular case what I would do is create separate ad groups for each of the categories on your site (or at least all of the categories you wish to promote). So for example I would have an ad group for Mobile Accessories with all "mobile accessories" related keywords and write relevant ads for those keywords, i.e.

    Hundreds of Mobile Accessories
Hundreds of mobile accessories for sale on
one of India's largest classifieds site.
    www.124.in/mobile-accessories

Already this will add more relevancy to your account and improve your QS, but you still have to take into account your landing page quality. If there's no relevant content on the page you're still going to get hit with a low QS. Not to mention that the visitors that click on your site will hit that "back" button pretty quickly if they don't find what they are looking for.

    Hope this helps.

although the site is all about classified ads, for a bot, looking at that homepage I can see why there would be problems with landing page issues - is it about laptops? is it about cars? is it about jobs?
I agree with beyondelectricdeams that you need to create closely themed adgroups, and also pick out the pages that have some content/listings and link the ad to specific pages. Don't use your homepage as a landing apge.

Think a low quality score is when you receive many impressions but not many clicks. You can try changing the ad or the keywords.

Try to run the ads in google search not in its content network. Work in adgroups. Also to make the quality high, try to run campaign with popular keywords.
