need good webdesigner

i am busy now days.. i have site kcoolonline.com which is video downloading site .. i want to rebuild this site.. there is just single page i want to do.. i dont think there is much stuff to do .. i have no time for that so i want good webdesigner to do this job.. kindly pm me .. my budget is 10-20$ . there is just one page i think it is fine budget for just single page..
