Need good Virtual credit card

I anyone know a cheap and good virtual credit card for make my paypal account verified? And this is not ilegal right?

 

If you've got a US phone number, Obopay seems to be pretty cool. There aren't any activation/annual fees, and for creating an account through that link you get a $10 bonus. I just got my Mastercard in the mail a few days ago.

Just out of interest, how old are you? Because, generally, if you don't have a bank account to verify PayPal with that automatically provokes me to slap the "minor" sticker on your face.

People under 18 aren't allowed to be doing business with PayPal the last time I looked. Also, they require you become verified to let the buyer know that they're dealing with a competent person. If you're not either of these, ideally you shouldn't be bothering.
