    Hello,

    You could probably manage to find a host in this price range for 1 website but you'll have a hard time finding a host offering multiple plans for $1.5/month as simply put they will loose money from such account.

    Do you have a disk space/bandwidth requirement?

    If you can pay yearly, some thing can be offered. But, would be better to know your disk and bandwidth requirement.
