    most of the webhost won't allow you to upload illegal content like cracked software...your option is to use dedicated server or use overseas webhosting so you won't have any problem with law....

    It will be a problem if you post cracked software, as most webhosts don't allow warez sites.

    Here's a tip: check out Whoishostingthis.com, it's a great tool on finding who hosts a particular website. Find a website in your niche (via a Google search on free movies, cracked software etc.) and use that tool to find it's webhost. If they're hosting them, then they probably won't refuse hosting another such site.

    Please be specific in your post. Do you host warez on your site or warez linking?
    For warez hosting, you might want to look at offshore hosting probably netherlands. For warez linking, some host are allowing this, just be sure to read their TOS.
