Need Good Hosting Service

    Any one have a recommendation for a good (and cheap :D ) website hosting service? My website site is getting too much traffic and my brother is kicking me off his server...boohoo (just kidding, could be worse ;) ).

    I'm using securemate.com, they have nice package with unlimited bandwidth for affordable price.

    A Small Orange is awesome. They have cheap plans, as low as $30/yr with cheap extra bandwidth. They also have extreme hosting for those who needs lots of space and bandwidth but no fancy other stuff. :D

    Well, I went with Kalinas suggestion and signed up with XylenHost. Unfortunately the server times out whenever I try to upload my site. And 3 emails to "support" later I still havn't received a reply...Thanks a lot Kalina...hahaha :D

    Next time listen to The Minstrel, VS -- as I said before, go to Ogre Hosting -- your choice of Linux or Windows 2003 servers and whatever other options you are ever likely to need. The owner is responsive and efficient.

    I've been using ipowerweb for a few years. it costs about $95 a year. the support team usually stech issues within a few minutes after I send out an email.

    Ogre Hosting is bloddy expensive, I pay £50 per annum for 7gb bandwith per month, 250MB of space, Cpanel 9 and all the bells & whistles

    Sometimes you get what you pay for. I don't find it expensive compared to my previous hosts (two of them) and I have had zero, none, zip downtime in a year for two sites. In addition, any question or problem I've had has been addressed and resolved within a few hours, including ones that I created myself and had no right to expect help from a host with.
