Hi, I am trying to use GIMP to watermark a load of images and I guess I need an even simpler program for watermarking hundreds of photos... The idea and requirements: -I need an opaque grayish/slightly transparent watermark -watermark needs to be compatible with any font type (will use my custom font) -watermark will also contain my logo image -need to place the watermark to either one corner or the other (so it needs to be "movable"), depending on where it's good to place on each image -will need to place the same watermark easily with as little as a few clicks or, with 1 click in bulk for hundreds of photos... -of course, must be an anti-aliased watermark with transparency as well Any advice? I tried some programs, but they were either produced ugly cat scratches or they were too complicated programs... Million thanks to the one who'll give me a great advice! Cheers!
Hi there, This one is good, lets you batch watermark up to 500 images at once. http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Graphic/Graphic-Others/Easy-Watermark-Studio-Lite.shtml Code (markup):
Photoscape is a free editing software and it does have the ability to do watermarks in bulk. I've used it on a folder with 1000 images and it got them all. Though recently, I did a folder with 24 images and 3 or 4 ended up getting skipped--that's happened to me with other bulk editors as well. So I'm not sure what does that.
That seems to be really good - seems to work, at least for humble simple copyright texts. Although, the entire interface is strange... so foreign. I hope I'll get used to it! Thanks a lot!
We have a tool that allows you to watermark images online without having to download or install anything. You can use this from anywhere on any device including mobile devices. Website is https://www.watermark.ws . It outperforms any downloadable software. Give it a try and you will see
I use uMark. It's easy to use.... but the free version only allows you to do 50 images at a time. So you have to drag in 50 images. Then the next 50, etc... if you have a ton of pics it can be a pain.
is this for a wordpress blog? Found a couple of great one on Codecanyon, paid plugins but they do everything you ask actually and automaticly, so, what else!!
What's bad about watermarking software is that they can't save the image at high quality. They tend to ruin the image after putting the watermark on. That's an issue I've had.
