Need good CPM that allows proxy sites

    Can anyone show me a good CPM that will allow a proxy site?
    I have tried ValueClick and Clicksor and they both rejected my proxy site(s). I have not applied for Tribalfusion yet as I do not have 2,000 uniques a day yet.
    I am currently using Asense on the homepage and Adbrite/Adversal popups on the proxified pages but I would like a good CPM banner ad instead of Adbrite which is PPC (I think).

    I can't see any of the main players accepting a proxy site. You may get a few smaller ones that don't pay much. Have you tried things like paypopup?

    Yea I have tried paypopup but I couldn't get there popup code to work in the proxy script so I'm just using Adversal popups.

    Its about $10 for 11,000 US/200 UK/1,500 Other impressions
