Speaking from experience you are generally going to want to submit to either Ezine Articles or Buzzle first since those are generally the hardest human reviews out there. If you take the time on EZA and get platinum status (submit 10 really good articles to start) then they approve everything in around 24 hours after that which is nice. Go articles posts instantly as do a number of other directories. Free Traffic System might also suit your syndication needs.
