Is this domain a trademark infringement
www.Windows Embedded Compact 7.com (without spaces)

i checked following names for trademarks at http://www.uspto.gov
    but i couldnt find anything
    Windows Embedded Compact 7
    Windows Embedded Compact
    Windows Embedded
if this is a domain infringement what can I do with it? and what not to?
if it is not then what will be the value?

Even if it is not a trademark infringement then also it's value is not more than reg. fees

unless you have a great idea of developing it.

The domain is trademark infringement. Trademarks don't have to be registered. You can't register a domain to ride the goodwill established by someone else. Don't register the domain, and if you have, drop it. Microsoft loves to sue people.

What's the point? It can never be used, and if Microsoft ever wanted it, they could take it without paying you a penny - in fact they could seek $100,000 for cybersquatting.
