Need G Soap API access for large project

Hey guys i need to have access to soap api... not just one or two but a large access for millions of queries. I need to know who or how to contact google to ask to use this... I want to know if there is anyone else here who has had a project/tool which needed such a service and how you did it.

Google no longer give out soap search apis. Google still will continue to support the apis that people already got though. See http://code.google.com/apis/soapsearch/

Yeah I knew that... my question was not "how can I get soap api access" but "how do I contact google regarding soap api access" I know gogole STILL supports many projects with their soap api and need to talk with one of them.

 

I have a SOAP API key. . . I can sell it as long as it does not get me in trouble with G. I am new here, and can send first as you appear to be a trusted member here
