Need full time Designer. Philippine ONLY!

    Hello everyone,
    I'm looking for full time PH Designer for our company in PH and Beijing.
    Our minimum Requirements are:
    Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After effect, CSS, HTML, PSD to HTML, and more if possible.

    Please send me your previous work etc with your expertise etc.

    The payment will be decide after we look at your expertise and work.
