Need Full SEO for 13 Websites

I have over 13 and soon will be around 15 websites - all are websites with unique content and adsense powered ones.

I need someone to start a very good promotion plan for my websites, which will bring guaranteed traffic to them.

If anyone is sure on how to increase ranking of the sites and bring traffic to them, I'll start working with him. My budget is $450-$500 for now, which will be paid in several parts.

Please post your current plan like what will your SEO package include for each site, like directory submission, bookmarking, or anything else or you can also PM me.

Well I can show my sites, but I don't need OPTIMIZATION in fact, I've done enough for now. I better need submission, promotion, marketing plans and packages which would work and bring traffic, any idea?
