Need Full RSS Help$$$

    I have an html site and all I know about RSS is that I want it available for me to use in the easiest way possible. I do not even know what RSS feed does hardly and that is why I am here. I am looking for someone to help me set up RSS feed for me completely and just tell me step by step what I need to do in the process to help them complete. I also want a good rundown of all the benefits of RSS and what it is. I will make sure that whoever I choose is well taken care of for their time but please make sure that you know exactly what you are doing before you pm me.
