Buying Need Fresh Wordpress Theme installed on existing site

    Im looking for someone to migrate ccmostwanted.com to a better wordpress theme thats more web 2.0 , cleaner looking and easier to navigate.

    There are some static html pages linked from the categories.

    Just want someone to suggest a theme and migrate it for me
