Not sure if this is what you need, but for the heck of it I made something like this a while back. It uses the free Triton CMS program but it makes it multi-user, so there can be multiple websites running off the script. Each user's website has it's own Admin CP where they can change the page's theme or text and each user has a something.yoursite.com URL for their page. Also, you can use the Triton CMS template system to quickly convert any .html webpage into a template your site's users can use. Unfortunately I don't have a demo up right now due to server issues, however you can download it free here (free registration required) if you want to give it a try. Hope it helps, BMR777
