common i don't think that anyone would host your proxy for free. if they did, it wouldn't last long. and you need more then 1 single ad to monetize your proxy. you won't make enough profit w/o lots of pop-ups and blocking third world countries. now a private proxy (password protected) i allow on my hosting but its still paid. so good luck!
Yes, if you can manage some dollars for paying first month hosting bill, your proxy will surely cover it up and bring in profits to continue further. Are you having payment problems due to minor age, etc ?
Why don't you do a quick job, gather a few $$ to cover hosting for 2-3 months (i.e. approx $15) and then wait for the adsense check to come in?
e.g Submit proxies to topsites, forum posting and if you have the skills, logo creating, template creation etc
