    Use blogger.com its very easy for beginners. there are loads of other free blog platforms

    The best of best is blogsite is www.blogspot.com, beacuse it also fully SEO for tarffic. onething more its google's product. while there are lot of others, wordpress, yola and many more.

    blogspot is best as free blogging platform and if you are looking some more mature and powerful customizable platform then go for wordpress.org
