Hello everyone. We are looking for a couple of people who are experienced with Linux OS's to provide simple support on our forums. We have new forums and want to offer our clients additional support. We are looking for people to moderate certain sections of our forums and provide suggestions/support to our clients. Our forum for our company is http://www.dmehosting.com/Forums/ What we are looking for in you: Experience in Linux OS's Experience with cPanel/WHM/Fantastico (DirectAdmin, Plesk, ServerCP <-- all is a plus!) Knowledge of installing some Third Party software on Linux OS's. (Wine, PHP, etc) Checking the forums several times a day. Good grammar and punctuation in your sentences. Being friendly and courteous to our clients, NEVER to be rude. You will be considered our Staff and we need you to represent us well. Include in email: How many years of experience do you have with Linux OS's? And which Distros? How much experience do you have with cPanel/WHM/Fantastico Do you feel that you can hold your composure even if a client offends you? How active will you be on the forums? How much do you expect to be paid monthly?
Keep in mind that we just put these forums up about an hour ago. We just sent out a large mass email to our clients informing them of the new community forum. We hope to find some Forum Moderators (Staff) for our new forum.
