Need Forum posters / Signature Links / what ever you can offer

I'm looking at promoting a new site of mine and I'll looking to get the link all out...so anyone have
1 - a signature space please let me know - with all details (avg post, price, time etc)

2 - Forum posters - this is a bit different - I need people who are a member of different forums and can post a little something about my site - just like a small review on it or so....send me details of the forums you can post in and price

3 - if you have any thing else you want to provide - like a link in your site or whatever...let me know...
