Need Forum & Drop down menu added my Wordpress page!

    I would like a forum & drop down menu set up in my blog. Now the drop down menu I would like them set-up for the "pages" that I have. It should look something similar to the top links shown:

    The forum should be WP compliant with the integration of PHPBB found here:
