Need Forum, Blog, Directory added to my new site

    Guys,

    I want to start a new informational/directory/forum/blog site. I have the design for the site and html I can do, but I need someone to integrate:

    1- Wordpress
    2- vBulletin
    3- Directory software, where categories can be searched, and visitors can add listings/sites.

    Can I get some pricing and timeframe on this?
