    I found service for estimation the pr juice of link from the definite page. Below they show the PR formula, but it is formula for the whole website. Does anybody know the formula they use exactly for getting linkjuice?

    Only Google knows the answer to this question. But from what Ive been told/read this is kind of how it works:

    Site A is PR2 and has 10 links. So site A is passing PR2 link juice to 10 sites. Each link is now getting .2 PR vote from Site A.
    Site A is PR1 and has 10 links. So site A is passing PR1 link juice to 10 sites. Each link is now getting .1 PR vote from Site A.

    Of course there are many other factors but this is a rough estimation of how it works.

    Actually... Google gives different PR values based on where the link is located on a page and if it's around content or not.

    That's an old algo used by Google. This company changed their algo from time to time to maintain their ranking quality.

    Only internal backlink reasonable building strategy can bring you PR2-3, try to make all pages with text links back to your homepage.

    @Jason: not really

    One or two backlinks or PAGE WITH PR5 can make your homepage PR3-4.

    Lots of low quality backlinks actually doesnt help in PR.

    Higher pageranks require time and LUCK.
