    this is just an opinion..

many people don't need (or want) more stuff. instead, give them the gift of your time--to take them out to dinner, run errands or fix little things around their home.

    what do you think guys?:p

I agree to a certain extent but I'll be honest, I still like the whole exchange of gifts stuff. You can still spend time with them though!

Obviously, that is true. Sometimes, the most important thing in life which we often overlook is to spend quality times with your loved ones.

I prefer giving gifts rather than receiving them...I've had enough share of receiving already during my childhood. I just wish that I have someone to spend the Christmas :)

I think spending time with people is the best Christmas gift :)
I do like giving small gifts but I don't find that the most important aspect.
