Need for Multiple Window.Onload - Using many functions, for different purposes

Need is simple, more than one window.onload

I am using one with the body tag, one within the individual script file. But If I place more than this in other script files, the script doesn't work nicely.

What are the cross browser compatible easiest workaround?
