    Hello, my name is Hamza Shams.

    I need some new programmers and graphics designers for my company to work under me on contract basis.

    I will the CEO of the Company, All work would be done under the company's name.

    I am looking for people interested in taking the following Vacancies. All are Part Time Paid Jobs.

    Payment would be made ONLY WHEN THE COMPANY EARNS SOMETHING - KINDA LIKE REVENUE SHARING.

    Key.
    % - Indicates the amount of money you will get out of the total
    () - Indicates the number of vacancies for the Job.

    - Sales and Marketing Manager ( 2 People )
    * 15% - The work would include a 2 hour daily job for promotion and getting new deals for the company.

    - Graphics Designer ( 2 People )
    * 12% - Work with Programmer to design the Websites, or any other related content.

    - Programmers and CMS Experts ( 2 People )
    * 18% - Code the websites or other content.

    - SEO Expert ( 1 Person )
    * Optimise the Clients site for SE.

    Ok this is quite an Old Thread, I have been subscribed. Thank you all for your Interest. But I am thinking of going Freelancing for a While. If anybody wants to help me out with my Company, that's ok with me, We can share profits.
