Depending on what you mean by low budget I don't see you getting very far. I just opened up barnbuddy to check it out, and that's fairly highly polished; it would require a bunch of artwork and animation besides the necessary programming. And I haven't even touched the game part of it yet. So I guess I'm posting this to say if it is low budget, I wouldn't want to do it; though again, that depends on what the budget is. So like webgig said, what is the budget?
