I am making a website where users can upload a mp3 file then edit it to make it 20 seconds then send it to there cell phone to use as a ringtone. I need a ringtone editor built into my site where they can choose what part of the song they want. To see an example go to www.phonezoo.com Then sign up then go to create ringtone. Then upload a mp3 then on the next page or after that youll see the editor , i need one EXACTLY like that. i think its made in flash. $50 to the winner
