Need Flash Person for Small Job, $5 via Paypal

    Hi, I have a default flash header file that needs to be altered to look like the static version. Payment after the work is done to specs.

    I have had a couple of folks try but no luck yet....the whole template only cost me $46 so I am hoping to get it done for not more than $10, I will also throw in a free featured link in one of my nice web directories a $10.99 value, anywone able to help?
